United Way of Allen County

UW

Back in 1922, Fort Wayne Rescue Mission was one of twelve charter agencies to form the Community Chest, predecessor of the United Way of Allen County. Since then, United Way has been bringing people and resources together to make the biggest impact on the lives of Allen County residents. Today, the focus is on providing a network of services that help children and youth succeed, help families, people with disabilities and seniors to be productive and independent, and help meet the basic and emergency needs of residents. United Way of Allen County helps support 80 programs and initiatives carried out by 37 agency partners.
